I had been involved with a few businesses and when I finally struck out on my own I wanted to start a business that people would be pleased to work with and for. I realized that I already had a life of experience with property care, and I felt there was a spot in the world for a team that wanted to combine professionalism, education and a studied approach to skilled services, with a genuine care for their clients' individual needs. Following some extensive study and certifications Falconbridge Property Services was born!
When I am not assisting clients or dealing with the endless paperwork that seems to magically appear on my desk I like to spend time in the field myself, seeing how the work goes and insuring job quality is remaining high. If I manage to find some free time in between I can usually be found participating in a sport of some sport or reading a book.
I was recently honored beyond belief to marry my sweetheart of three years! Obviously, this means I now have a wife to support...so please refer your neighbors, friends and family!! :-)

Hi, I'm Damian Montanez. I was born in Chicago and have recently moved to the Charlotte, NC area. I have been a small business owner for the past 5 years and I now look forward to using the knowledge I gained as an owner/operator to continue the same level of personal service, honest information, and detailed attention to your personal needs that exist here at Falconbridge Property Services. I spent a lot of time on my grandparents' farms growing up, and I am excited at the chance to get back to my roots growing, cultivating, and caring for God's green earth! His commitment to excellence and enthusiasm for learning allowed him to quickly fill the role I hoped he would. In addition to becoming a valued friend, Damian has become an irreplaceable member of the team. With him on the job, your property is in good hands! Damian manages several areas of service but his personaly specialty is lawn and plant care.

Thomas Edwards, A+ team member
Thomas is a South Carolina native, with an extensive background in the service industry. He is a tireless team player and showed a real knack for landscaping and lawn care services when he first started working with us. But before all that he was the childhood best friend of one of my own best friends and then a friend to me as well. It is an honor to get to work with him every week. Now, as a fully trained team member he provides the serious muscle around here (he's an animal!) and is onsite for the majority of our landscaping and lawn care jobs in NC.
Thomas got his BS in Graphic Design and is a passionate videographer. He lends his skills to make up for my non-existant ability to edit video. So, credit to him for any of our demo or educational reels you've gotten to watch, in addition to many of our before and after photos.
